Indulge in this Sunday Sesh Feature of Mindfulness Based Restorative Yoga with Regan
Sometimes one of the most challenging things for us to do, is nothing at all. The mind is a muscle and in this day and age we are often encouraged to push through things. We glorify being busy and with any free time we have we try to use it to get more done. Like any muscle however, our minds need their rest. A rest from getting things done, a rest from solving problems and a rest from trying to get to the next thing. During this 90 minute Restorative Yoga come and learn how to relax both our physical muscles and the muscle that is our mind. Take a break from the heavy mental weights of our lives, learn to let go of trying to get things done and come and practice the secret art of doing nothing at all.
