Release tight muscles and chronic tension through a powerful blend of gentle yoga, therapeutic ball rolling, breath work, and meditation.
Mirabai’s gentle yoga sequence will specifically warm up and engage the spine in multiple dimensions of movement, help to integrate the ball work, and bring overall pranic balance to these areas.
Amir will empower students to further open their bodies with ball therapy penetration into the deeper muscular and fascial layers. The ball work helps to release tension and undo old holding patterns. This workshop will give students a tangible gift of “owning” healthier positive shifts, in both the body and mind, that they can “take home”. Please bring a yoga mat & wear comfortable tight yoga clothes for ball rolling. Yoga therapy balls will be available to use for workshop.
All yoga levels are welcome.

Bio: Amir Wasserman is a certified Yamuna Body Rolling Instructor and Practitioner. He has been practicing bodywork as a Certified Neuromuscular Massage Therapist and Somatic Movement Educator for the past 20 years, specializing in pain relief and postural alignment.
