A 6-week Gentle Yoga Series.
Gentle Yoga is a 6-week series designed for everyBODY. Moving slowly invites the practitioner to relax, release and reset. This class is open to all levels, especially beginners or those wishing to slow down.
This 75-minute yoga practice will incorporate gentle movement, stretching with props, and pranayama (breath work) to help you feel supported and strong as you move in and out of postures. An extended savasana at the end of class will send you back into your day feeling refreshed and easeful, ready for the rest of your week.

Time: Monday 1:15-2:30pm
Cost: $90 for 6 classes (drop-ins also welcomed)
