Scientists say that laughter is contagious. Spring fever might be too. Laugh in the arrival of spring at Yoga Okoboji on Saturday, April 8 at 1:30 pm. Laughter Yoga increases happiness, strengthens the immune system and reduces pain while lowering stress. Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, promoting an overall sense of well-being. It is an aerobic workout too! The class can be done standing or in a chair or on the floor. The gentle class is good for adults of all ages. Participants will practice conscious breathing and mindfulness. Cost: Freewill Donation (your cash donation is very much appreciated)
