This clinic will include some lecture over anatomy of the lower body from the pelvis to the feet as well as hands-on practice. By better understanding and engaging the muscles of the body you will be able to enhance your yoga practice. Key muscle activation will help prevent injury, increase stability, increase strength, and improve alignment.
