Inversions and arm balances are intimidating and challenging, but they are also exciting and fun!

Join Elizabeth Coffey and learn how to engage specific muscle groups and access your bandhas (areas to lock, hold, or to tighten) which help you develop balancing skills and confidence. Inversions and arm balances also increase circulation, stimulate the endocrine and nervous systems, as well as support mental health.

Whether you currently have an inversion/arm balancing practice, or have never attempted them, this workshop will be beneficial for you regardless of your background.
