Mysore Intermediate 101
Using over 9 years of daily mysore practice, 5 trips to India for study, and authorization to teach the ashtanga method, Malissa will guide students using anatomy, physiology, traditional sanskrit, and breathing techniques. Evidence based research suggests the immense benefits of yoga and its practices. If you're a student who is looking to take this incredibly beneficial practice further then you're in the right place!

Led by Malissa Larson of Ashtanga Yoga Buffalo
Malissa, a native of Buffalo NY, began her journey supporting mothers through yoga in 2011. Since training with Julianna Mitchell in NYC, she's studied doula work under Eileen T. Stewart, CNM, CPM, MS, and worked with Inspired Birth and Families in Albuquerque, New Mexico taking the Natural Childbirth course and registered as a student doula. In Buffalo NY at East Meets West Yoga, Malissa was able to work with the Pre-natal Program there as a strong member of the team for two years.
