This yoga class series is designed for couples, friends, siblings, spouses, parent/child, even strangers to practice yoga together in a light-hearted and fun bonding environment. The experience of connecting and finding new depths to your yoga, workout and relationship will astonish you...and get you hooked! We will focus on assisting each other in strength building, stretching, and relaxation yoga poses that you can continue to do with your partner at home. We do not leave the ground and NO previous yoga experience required so this is perfect for BEGINNERS. Come with your partner or without one and we will pair up. Wear comfortable stretch clothing, arrive 5-10 minutes early to set up your space, bring a playful attitude and an open heart! Summer dates: May 18, June 22, July 20, August 24
