Enjoy a beautifully therapeutic practice that blends, Somatic, Yin & Restorative Yoga creating a strong and slow flowing sequence.
This class starts lying supported on the floor, with eyes closed so that you can draw your focus inwards to what you feel and not what you see as you are guided through a sequences of warming small, gentle and therapeutic movements to break muscle tensions and train the brain to relax key muscles, we will then move into seated, kneeling and standing poses, taking time to feel the body open, lengthen and release as we hold, and move deeper into each, or hold and strengthen.
This class is a perfect practice for athletes and anyone wants to wants to free tensions, increase flexibility and build strength.
