Look no further than Dawn McGill's workshop session focusing on asanas to strengthen your core and grow stronger bodies to improve balance and bring harmony to mind and body. A strong core begets a strong back. We'll focus on leg and arm balances along with breath and poses to strengthen the abs. Balance changes minute to minute and side to side, so we let's challenge ourselves to grow in balance, strength and bring harmony into our lives.
