Join this fun 30 day challenge to create powerful daily rituals that will bring vitality, healing and wellness into your body and mind. The challenge includes 3 x 90 minute group coaching sessions that will look triggers, self- sabotage patterns, support in a safe and uplifting environment, meditation and fun activities. The challenge will also include a workshop on healthy vegan/vegetarian meals including recipies. An accountability group will be set up online for extra support including 2 yoga classes per week.
