We will explore arm balances with a scientific approach by focusing on the physics and bio-mechanics that make arm balances possible. We will see what makes arm balances easier or harder for certain people by looking at different body types and their predispositions as well as categorizing arm balances in terms of the amount of strength, flexibility, and balance that they require. Then we will apply our knowledge to come up with a way to practice arm balancing safely and in a sustainable way.
