A workshop for those wanting to gain a deeper understanding of their upper body movement patterns, why some limitations may be present, preventing injury and gaining respect for where your body is at.
Although this is not an anatomy class, there is some discussion on common anatomical misalignments and the impact those have on the body, misconceptions around flexibility (or lack thereof), the role of strength in flexibility and the importance of parasympathetic stimulation (stretching versus yin/ restorative as it affects the muscles, connective tissue as well as the nervous system).

In addition to an interactive informative workshop, participants will also be lead through a yin/ restorative practice. Take home work and home sequences will also be provided.
