This fun and energetic course is designed for tweens between the ages of 9-13 as an introduction to the practice of yoga and basic poses. Through mindfulness and group exercises your tween will learn mind and body awareness. (With Mariam)
Parent/adult will enjoy a yoga practice in our first level yoga room. This class is designed for yogis of all levels. Engage in awareness as we move through traditional yoga poses and practice breathing exercises. (With Carissa)
Cost includes yoga session for adult and tween and crafts for tween.
