Yin Meditation provides the perfect balance of movement and guided meditation. You will be led through a Yin Yoga sequence to relax your body, connect to your mind, & find comfort in stillness followed by guided meditation. Allow yourself this time to check in with the present moment, resting your body and mind. This is a deeply relaxing practice that allows you to reduce your stress and increase comfort within you.
