Yoga Therapies is excited to welcome back Michelle as she offers this very special opportunity for you to find peace in your body and mind.
We work very hard in our lives & whilst we may sleep, we rarely take time to rest. This course is an opportunity to do just that!
Restorative yoga poses help us learn to relax and rest deeply & completely. During deep relaxation, all the organ systems of the body are benefited. The measurable results of deep relaxation include more balanced blood pressure, blood sugar & cholesterol level, as well as improved digestion & elimination, reduced muscle tension, insomnia & fatigue.
Using supported poses & breathing practices we can help reset/restore our body & mind & heal the effects of chronic stress.
During this course Michelle will also introduce Richard Millers IRest Yoga Nidra. This simple form of meditation offers ways to feel at ease & helps you restore balance, no matter what life throws at you.
It can help increase happiness, decrease stress, anxiety & depression, improve sleep & increase energy.
