Dates for the six week course:
This six week introduction is open to all, if you have no yoga experience, or it’s something you would like to try, or perhaps haven’t the confidence to join a class, or for what ever reason, by joining this programme for six weeks you will be introduced to the classical body of yoga postures and basic sequences. You begin just where you are, we focus on healthy alignment principles and an introduction to breathing practices will help build strength, flexibility and confidence creating a foundation for your yoga practice. Class sizes are kept to 10 students, so personal attention is guaranteed. You receive handouts of the practice after each class to take home. Each class ends with a soothing meditation whilst laying in a restorative position - deeply relaxed and optimising the benefits you discovered from your practice.
