The Iyengar Yoga Prop circuit uses yoga props developed by Mr. BKS Iyengar. Including a back bender, furniture like a chair, rollers, setubandha sarvangasana bench, blocks and belts to support the body and meet individual needs.
The poses are held between 5-10 minutes each, affecting the endocrine system as well other systems in the body, deepening our yoga practice layer by layer.
Monica will help you find the "tools" and props to support you wherever level you are in your practice.
