As a Registered Midwife and HypnoBirthing Practitioner I am so excited to be sharing Mums & Bubs Yoga with you!
Each week is a different topic and theme, you will learn about how to nurture yourself, mindfulness, techniques to tap into your calm center, easy ways to rejuvenate and revitalize your body and mind (what all tired mammas need!), as well as how to stay present and treasure every second with your amazing growing babe. Your beautiful babes will also discover lots of sensory wonders for their development. Not only will you meet other like minded mammas, you can enjoy some time out in a beautiful environment that is baby friendly and leave feeling a wonderful sense of calm!
This class is suitable for under one year olds, we generally recommend 4-6 weeks after a normal vaginal delivery or 8-12 wks after a c-section before participating in Yoga. Once within these time frames please make sure you have the green light from your doctor before booking in or give me a call!
All you need to bring is a blanket for bubs, snacks for them if needed (no nuts or dairy), everything else is provided for you (including some baby toys for them to play with!)
