Our Pregnancy Yoga classes aim to:
– improve overall body strength and flexibility
– create a sense of lift in the torso and space for the breath
– relieve the pain and discomfort of common pregnancy symptoms
– flow through movements of the body that can help with optimal foetal positioning
– provide breathing techniques that are proven to relax the body, reduce tension and stress, and improve alertness and presence
– provide relaxation and meditation opportunities
Book yourself in for a casual class or better yet, a 5 or 10 class pass so you can get the most out of yoga during your pregnancy.
Our pregnancy yoga class is offered Saturday mornings at 8.30am – 9.45am
$23 for casual class, $100 for a 5 class pass or $180 for a 10 class pass
