Experience yourself and your body in a new way through a soothing relaxation. An INNER JOURNEY guided by soft sounds of gong, chanting and singing bowls, as well as other ethnical instruments like didgeridoo, drum and flute.
The vibrations create wide SOUNDSCAPES which create a space to effortlesly experience your innermost natural state of peace and wholeness.

Each soundsession with me starts with a small GUIDED MEDITATION and is uniquely adapted to each group. Participants are laying down on yoga mats, covered cosily in blankets and enjoy with eyes closed.
No previous experience in mediation and relaxation needed. There are no yoga poses/asanas except savasana.
