MYND&MOVE is a primal movement series inspired by Mike Fitch's Animal Flow (AF) concept.
In this 2.5 hour Workshop you will master a number of primal moves and a series of flows using body movements that will improve your strength, flexibility, mobility, stability, endurance and cardio. You will learn primal movements both focusing on slow long moves - developing strength and stability to very fast high intensity cardio that will have you reaching your VO2MAX in no time.
Damien will finish the Workshop with one of his favourite fat burning HIIT workouts - a 36 minute primal flow focusing on strength, mobility, balance and endurance.
