The Yoga Workshop Series is a detailed breakdown of common poses and transitions in vinyasa yoga. It is a supportive environment for a-ha moments, and designed for yogis of all levels to deep dive into their practice and ask lots of questions for poses to be as accessible as possible in their body.
In a small group community with Diane, we’ll cover: breath & mindfulness, the foundation: hands & feet, spine & pelvis alignment, flexibility & health, joint support & muscle engagement, caring for an injury, and more!
