Designed with a yoga warm-up & cool-down that includes circuits filled with cardio, strength and resistance training, YogaBurn combines the best of fitness in a full-body workout. Students of all levels will feel challenged. You'll use a light & heavy set of weights and anything else Laurie Barger has in mind to push you through this one-hour heated (87+degrees) class.
We'll reward your efforts after class, sharing some growlers from Bent Brewstillery
Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and an optional small towel.
