Incepe-ti Sambata cu Yoga!

Avem un invitat special, Manish Bhatia, un instructor de yoga din India. El studiaza de mai bine de 1 an de zile la noi in Romania, in Cluj, si a decis sa calatoreasca prin tara pentru a-si impartasi invataturile.
In data de 21 Aprilie va vizita Oradea si am dori sa va invitam sa participati la cursurile sale. El a creat cursuri ca sa ofere ajutor oamenilor sa isi dezvolte flexibilitatea si forta fizica si mentala:

1. Dynamic Yoga:
Acest curs include incalzirea necesara pentru anumite posturi de power yoga, Salutul Soarelui si posturi de Ashtanga si Hatha Yoga, care vor intinde grupele musculare mari ale corpului de la glezne pana la gat, combinate cu tehnici de respiratie.

2. Stretching si meditatie
El are un stil propriu de a-i invata pe participanti sa practice meditatia. Meditatia poate fi definita ca si concentrarea mintii unei persoane pe un singur lucru un timp indelungat. La acest curs, practicantii vor incerca sa mediteze asupra muschilor care se afla in intindere pentru un timp mai scurt care le va usura exercitiul.
Astfel, creste increderea si dorinta de a intinde mai profund datorita bunei coordonari a mușchilor si a mintii, ceea ce va avea ca rezultat o flexibilitate sporita si permanenta. Cursul este conceput astfel incat o postura specifica este precedata de un exercitiu dinamic, ceea ce relaxeaza muschii specifici zonei pe care dorim sa o intindem.

3. Meditatie prin miscare:
Este o metoda de meditatie dezvoltata in Vivekananda Kendra. Un ciclu de stimulare si relaxare alternativa a mintii folosita pentru a induce o liniste profunda. Stimuleaza si trezeste mintea adormita, ajuta la deconectarea de mediul extern si la o concentrare fara distrageri. Daca ai dificultati in a sta si a medita sau, de obicei, nu te poti concentra mult, sau mintea da rataceste in timpul meditatiilor statice, vino si incearca acest tip de meditatie in care ti se va cere sa meditezi pe miscari ale partilor corpului tau.

Start your Saturday with Yoga!

We have a special guest, Manish Bhatia, a yoga instructor from India. He is studying in Cluj for at least one year and he decided to travel all around Romania to spread his teachings.
On 21th of April we will have him, here, in Oradea and we would like to invite you to join his classes.
He created some classes to help people gain flexibility in their body and mind:

1. Dynamic Yoga : This yoga class includes proper warm-up with a few power yoga poses, sun salutations, and Ashtanga and Hatha yoga postures stretching all the major muscles of the body from ankles to neck and then the class will end with Pranayama.

2. Strech and meditate
He has an unique style of helping his participants to learn meditation. Meditation can be defined as a practice where an individual focuses his mind on a particular object. In his class, people are asked to meditate on stretched muscles while being in the postures, which is for a relatively short period of time and quite a bit easy too. This in return increases one's confidence and willingness to stretch more because of good muscle and mind coordination, which results in increased flexibility. The class is designed in such a way that a specific pose is prefixed by dynamic exercise, which loosens up the specific muscle related to that pose and then you can stay in that pose and stretch which will lead to increase in flexibility.

3. Movement Meditation: Movement Meditation is a method of meditation developed in Vivekananda Kendra. A cyclic of alternating stimulation and relaxation is used to go into deep silence. It stimulates and awakens the sleeping mind, calms down the distractions, recognizes the innate stagnation and stays in steadiness without disturbing it. If you are having a hard time sitting and meditating and/or if you cannot concentrate much on meditation and your mind wanders during meditation, come and try this concept of meditation with which you will be asked to meditate on movements of your body parts.

Prices:
25 RON/class/person
and only 20 RON/class/person if you book more than 1 class on the same day.
