'The path of the yogi doesn't lead to a location, but rather to a realisation.'
We are often focussed on external searching and grippig for our happiness. The problem is, if we don't perceive our external environment, situation, relationships in a positive light, we will inevitably suffer. The practice of Santosha reminds us that our true source of happiness comes from a comfortable acceptance of what we have or where we are. When we embody this, it can lead us to the highest realisation. In this workshop, we will look at Pantajali's Yoga Sutra 2.42 in more detail and how we can embody this as modern yogis. The practice will focus on deep twisting poses as we rinse out our attachment to the external and create space to move into a much more enlightened way of being. Open to all levels of ability.
