This is a gentle yoga workshop using techniques from MBSR Yoga Therapy to help handle common symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression. We will explore mindfulness meditation, breathing techniques, and yoga as a way to manage stress and calm the nervous system.
Jonathan Weber is an accomplished mindfulness and yoga teacher from the USA. He is certified in Mindful Hatha yoga and MBSR Yoga Therapy and educated in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. He is a co-teacher in the Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training with Maja Thune, and the Mindfulness instructor for Oslo Yoga.
