In Mindfulness we use different tools to help settle the mind & become more mindful, in this session we will give focused attention to the body. In other sessions to come we will look at sound for support & breath for support.

In this workshop you will learn about 'The Body' as a place to stay present; dwell; reside; live; have one’s home; have one’s residence; be settled; be housed; We will practice the body scan - sometimes known as 'the feeling exercise'. We are seeking to increase body awareness and will also introduce the idea of bringing mindfulness into your daily life & your daily activities.
