Yoga as a discipline encompasses the practice of Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Dharana (concentration). This smooth flow leads to the spontaneous state of mental silence that is then called 'meditation'. There is no actual Sanskrit word for Meditation – there is only Dhayana.

This weekend Priya will share with you the beauty and settling effects of a very classical method of practicing Yoga. We will understand postures for how they work on the channels and clear out blockages, practice Pranayama and learn how to use breath to stay healthy, and engage in Dhyana to allow ourselves to achieve a natural state of bliss.

I will introduce you to the right methods and tools so that you can create a practice for your self. Yoga is a very powerful discipline. Come experience the authentic traditional style and make it your own.

We will meet on Saturday and Sunday. Both days from 9:30am to 1:30pm at Yogaspace

Priya will also teach YOGA and AYURVEDA workshop on April 21. and 22nd.

If you cancel your registration, the following charges will apply:
cancelation before 15.4. 2018: 50% of the workshop price
cancelation on/after 15.4. 2018: 100% of the received payment

Priya Singh is an Integrative Health Coatch, Yoga Therapist, Certified Cupping Therapist and an Ayurvedic Beauty and Lifestyle Consultant. Born and brought up in India, Priya has over 30 years experience of practicing and teaching traditional, classical Hatha Yoga. She combines her Eastern roots with her Western sensibilities to engage her students and clients in an open and nurturing environment.
