Join Yoga for Runners teacher Bernadette and Registered Massage therapist Lea for 90 minutes of pampering to stretch out those tired muscles, work out those kinks and thank your body for all the amazing things it does!
You'll be guided through a gentle sequence specifically designed to flush things out, ease inflammation and jump start your muscle recovery all before you head home for a well-deserved dinner and great night's rest.
