Reiki is a subtle yet effective form of energy work that aims to restore balance and engage the body's natural healing processes. Restorative yoga calms the central nervous system and replenishes the body's energy reserves. While resting in supported postures using various props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks, Reiki energy healing will be incorporated to induce a deep release of accumulated tension and stress.
This perfect combination invites profound relaxation, rejuvenation, and holistic healing for an overall sense of peace and well-being.
