Have you ever wanted to begin a meditation practice but you do not know where to start? Or are you curious and would like to learn about meditation? If your answer is yes to either of these questions this is the event for you! Join us for a free introduction to meditation & pranayama. You may ask "what is pranayama"? Pranayama is simply a series of breathing exercises or techniques that we use as an anchor for our meditation practice. Meditation can be done by anyone of any age or faith! If you can breathe, you can meditate! Just a few of the benefits you will achieve from building your own practice are listed below. This class is free of charge and open to anyone wanting to learn!
