When you do downward dog, do your wrists hurt? Curious how to feel super strong in plank pose? Ever have tender shoulders when you do plank or push-ups? You're not alone! Join Physical Therapist & Yoke Fitness Instructor, Krista Bednar as she explains about your shoulder and spine anatomy, and ways to change up your movement so that you're no longer in pain. This 2 hour workshop will include some lecture, some yoga movement and time for questions and answers. This fun and informative workshop is $10 for members and $20 for non-members.
