A friendly lunchtime weekly yoga class to stretch your body, increase range of movement, improve flexibility, build strength and energise. Working with the body and the breath to create space in your body and mind. Reconnect with yourself and allow body and mind to become free from the stress and tension of modern life through yoga.
Everyone is welcome to this 'all levels' lunchtime Hatha yoga class, from beginners to more experienced yoga practitioners. This is yoga for all - from couch potato to fitness fanatic, any age, and you definitely don't need to be bendy to come along!
Friday lunchtime // 12.30pm to 1.30pm
£7 per class booked in a term of classes.
