Come join Camille at Your Body Your Weigh and learn how to train safely through all stages of pregnancy including pre and post baby. You will learn about what’s safe and what to avoid during the different stages of pregnancy from conception to post partum. We will dive into what is Diastasis Recti and how you can safely treat it through exercise and breathing and finally rid yourself of “mummy tummy”
