Method Vinyasa is our new signature class, that is structured slightly differently than some of our other classes. The uniqueness of this class is that it combines all of the elements we offer at our studio, Asana (postures), Somatics, Pranayama (breathwork) and Meditation.
The class is a “form”, much like one would find in Tai Chi, Qigong or Ashtanga Yoga. This means that students will be introduced to a set of postures that they will learn over time at their own pace, with the assistance of an experienced instructor. Our teacher trainers have been practicing this form over the past year, and we have shared it with the students in our teacher training, and now we are ready to share it with the rest of the studio!
