Shamatha, or calm-abiding meditation, is a powerful meditative practice that helps us rest the mind and body, and lessen negative thoughts. This course is designed to take students step-by-step through a series of progressive meditation techniques. Participants will learn sitting techniques, breath practices, mantra and how to visualize. By the end of the course, everyone will have the tools to create a lasting home practice.

All levels of experience are welcome!

Cost: $50, $40 for members
