The third hike this spring on April 21 will take participants to the brand new Zanja Trail and Greenway, which is under construction between Lincoln Avenue and Wabash Avenue. This is the first reach in the planned-for Zanja Trail and Greenway which will be a natural surface path along or near the historic Mill Creek Zanja. The project has been in the works for at least 10 years, and the Conservancy hopes it will be completed by October of 2019 from 7th St to Wabash.
We will plan to make this hike on April 21, and if the trail and pocket park are not finished, we will re-schedule for a later date in the spring," says Executive Director Sherli Leonard. "It will be a real treat for hikers to see what will be another gem in Redlands' Emerald Necklace."
If we are not able to conduct the hike as planned on April 21, everyone registered will receive an email notification at the address you provide when you register. Please be certain that you enter it correctly, and that you have not blocked messages from Eventbrite.
