The word charcuterie makes most think of a decorative board with an assortment of prepared meats and cheeses, great for entertaining. While that is how it is often served, there is SO much more to it!
Join us for an afternoon of hands on learning learning of what goes into making charcuterie, how to assemble a charcuterie board for a party, and pairing/making accompaniments that can go with a charcuterie board!
Gain knowledge about a variety of ingredients, and enjoy what you have prepared! Each class begins at noon and will last 3.5 - 4 hours!
