Back by popular demand this two-hour workshop explores four different ways to stretch and release muscles and muscle tension enabling you to tune in to which method nourishes differing parts of your body most effectively. Starting with a fun and at times interactive session, this workshop will include an understanding of fascia and fascial release, dynamic stretching, stretching using bodyweight as well as traditional Yin. The session will conclude with a well deserved Yoga Nidra (aka Divine Sleep) where you will use my guiding words as a pillow to reach the deep state of relaxation - perfect preparation for a good night’s sleep
