This 90 minute PreNatal Yoga workshop will be a fun and interactive opportunity for expecting Mums and their partners to practice postures and breath work together: Dads, you don’t need to wait until your baby is born to bond and connect with your child. Support your partner while she enjoys giving her body a stretch. Dads will also be carrying out some of the poses and no doubt discovering their own tight hamstrings. Mums to be, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for to encourage your partners to try Yoga. There will be a strong focus on breath work to help you understand the correlation between a relaxed lower jaw and the easing of the baby’s birth journey. This session will finish with a guided meditation for couples to bond with their baby in a deep, meaningful way.
Students should past the first trimester before joining this workshop.
