Spring is the best time to plant new seeds and refresh our digestive systems. A good digestive system is the foundation of a healthy immune system, helping us to fight off allergies (including seasonal allergies). As a Certified Integrated Nutrition Coach, Gloria Yan-Lim is going to share with you her knowledge about how to enhance and support your digestive system via food and other natural sources. Come learn and share experiences, cook a delicious and healing meal together, and enjoy a fun evening with loved ones and community members at our workshop!
We will be preparing and enjoying a nourishing, nutritious and cultural Chinese meal together with a menu that is soon to be updated. Vegetarian/vegan options available. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions!
The Zenger Farm Community Chef program supports women food leaders who nourish and strengthen communities by sharing food, sharing knowledge and building solidarity, so that we can shape a just food system together. At our workshops, we hope that everyone will feel welcomed and nourished, have opportunities to learn and share knowledge, and strengthen connections with one another to build solidarity and wellbeing within our communities!
