Tickets are $85/person and include a three-course, fixed-menu dinner, including produce sourced directly from Zenger Farm, and wine. Your attendance supports Zenger Farm’s work to connect children and families with nourishing food and where it comes from.
Details: This event is on Saturday, May 19 from 6-9pm. Arrive at 6 for wine and hors d’ouevres. Dinner will be served at 7.
Chef Katy Millard, 2017 James Beard Award Nominee for Best Chef: Northwest, cooks delicious, thoughtful, and seasonal food at her restaurant, Coquine. Coquine was recognized by Bon Appétit Magazine as one of America’s best new restaurants in 2016 and the Oregonian’s 2016 Restaurant of the Year.
Chef Anh Luu bought Tapalaya in March of 2017 after working there for 7 years, honing her craft. Born in New Orleans where she lived with her Vietnamese family, she grew up with the flavors of Southeast Asia from her parents’ cooking alongside cuisine of New Orleans.
Kristen’ Murray‘s professional pastry and culinary career has been shaped by adventures in San Francisco, New York City, Boston & France. Her restaurant, MÅURICE, has received numerous accolades, including being named one of Bon Appétit Magazine’s Top 10 Best New Restaurants in America 2014.
