Details: This event is on Saturday, June 9, from 6-9pm. Arrive at 6 for wine and hors d’ouevres. Dinner will be served at 7.
Chef Carlo Lamagna left his role as the Executive Chef at Clyde Common to focus on his celebrated pop-up, Twisted Filipino. His brick-and-morter restaurant, Magna, will be opening this year. Magna is a passion project that he is bringing to life in dedication to his father’s memory and the amazing food of the Philippines.
Chef Jasper Shen was the co-founder and co-owner of Aviary. He opened XLB in 2017, which strives to deliver no fuss “straight up Chinese food” in a casual yet thoughtfully decorated setting.
Peter Cho is the chef behind Han Oak, a non-traditional Korean-American family restaurant and a Food and Wine Magazine 2017 Best New Chef. Han Oak was the Oregonian’s 2017 Restaurant of the Year and Portland Monthly’s 2017 Restaurant of the year, as well as a James Beard Award Semi-Finalist for Best New Restaurant 2017.
