For our final Chef Dinner of the season, some of the city’s all-time greats will be preparing an autumn dinner. Cory Schreber, Vitaly Paley and Michelle Vernier will be collaborating on October 20. For one night only, enjoy a three-course meal prepared by this all-star lineup of Portland’s original rockstar chefs!
Tickets are $85/person and include a three-course, fixed-menu dinner, including produce sourced directly from Zenger Farm, and wine. Your attendance supports Zenger Farm’s work to connect children and families with nourishing food and where it comes from.
Details: This event is on Saturday, October 20 from 6-9pm. Arrive at 6 for wine and hors d’ouevres. Dinner will be served at 7.
Chef Cory Schreiber, founder of Wildwood Restaurant, is a champion of farm to table cooking in Portland. Cory’s kitchen creed is rooted in carefully sourced ingredients, prepared simply using straightforward techniques, with an emphasis on good health and the creativity that food and cooking encourage in eaters.
Since opening Paley’s Place in 1995, Vitaly Paley has become one of the Pacific Northwest’s most prominent chefs. He focuses his cuisine on simply plated local, sustainable, and organic ingredients.
Chef Michelle Vernier is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America with over 18 years of fine dining pastry and bakery experience. Michelle was the Pastry Chef at Cory Schreiber’s Wildwood and Vitaly Paley’s Imperial. She is opening her own brick and mortar, Bella’s Italian Bakery and Market, in Lents in 2018.
