We'd like to formally invite you to join us for a carefully curated tasting menu paired with Heaven Hill Distillery on Tuesday, April 3rd at 7pm.

4 courses and 4 cocktails for $75/per person.

APERITIF
Vodka & dragonfruit gimlet: Deep Eddy vodka, dragonfruit syrup and fresh lime

1ST COURSE
Ahi Tuna Tartare, togarashi rice cracker, compressed melon, shaved cucumber, pomegranate ponzu, wasabi-fingerlime aioli
Pairing: Vieux Care with soy barrel rested Pama liqueur, Rittenhouse Rye, brandy, bitters

2ND COURSE
Blue Corn Enchilada, Smoked asparagus, black bean cassoulet, chive & green garlic espuma, ranchero verde, fried farm egg
Pairing: Paloma with Grilled grapefruit juice, chile-infused Lunazul Primero

3RD COURSE
48 Hour Short Rib, smoked ginger, black pepper & chevre grit, meyer lemon nage
Pairing: Old Fashioned with Wagyu Fat Washed Elijah Craig, Domaine de Canton, barrel aged bitters

4TH COURSE
Caramelized apple cornbread cake, Larceny Bourbon caramel, yuzu ice cream
