For those of you who know Ziklag Fitness, amongst the different sports and professionals that I have encountered, I have worked most extensively with local and international endurance athletes and sports teams.
For those who are new to Ziklag Fitness, we specialize in helping clients recover and prevent chronic injuries from coming back. We are frequently the last port of call when it comes to helping a client recover from a particularly troublesome chronic injury. Furthermore, our high success rate and effectiveness (usually within a maximum of two sessions), attest to our capabilities.
As such, I would like to use this opportunity to share some simple insights on training and injury prevention/management I have gained while working with these people.
