ECEnterprises Group Manila Inc. (ECE) is a BPO company that started in Manila in 2007 initially as a consulting company with a single employee. As the quality and level of service provided to clients exceeded expectations continuously, nearly a dozen new employees were added a year later. To date, ECE has expanded to over 500 professional employees engaged in different areas of business process outsourcing: customer service, technical support, sales, data management, quality assurance, and operations management, among others.
As ECE firmly believes that happy employees make for the most productive ones as well, a good number of employees work conveniently from home. ECE also maintains an office in Makati's central business district to accommodate client work space requirements and occasional client visits, training, and to serve as back up for work-at-home employees.
ECE's headquarters is located in Florida, USA. The Philippine main office is located in Makati, Metro Manila, with a branch in Dumaguete, Negros Oriental. In the US, ECE operates as TouchPoint Contact Centers in two locations: in Ashland, Ohio and in Henderson, Nevada.
