I specialise in deep tissue massage for the relief of chronic pain and pain management, recovery from injury and sports people who need to recover from competition or high volume training programmes. With all massages I aim to bring deep relaxation and a feeling of wellbeing. I work in a skillful and sensitive way, taking the whole person into consideration whilst easing painful muscles and allowing the body and mind to relax.
I practice holistic massage which is a combination of massage and bodywork techniques drawn from many traditions and therapies, combined with the care and attention of your therapist to meet your specific needs.
As a therapist I focus on you as an individual and take your physical, emotional and mental needs into account each time you come to see me. I work with you to build a plan that’s specific to you and that is enjoyable, as well as therapuetic. The journey that brought me to massage means that I’m passionate about sharing the wide and varied benefits of massage to help you be able to live your life to the full.
