FEEL is a practice that helps you release emotions using colors of pastels. We let go of thoughts, feelings and emotions on paper.
Like a meditation with colors and shapes, FEEL helps you clean your mind and connect to your true self.
Why I created FEEL:
I deeply believe that art and creative expressions are one (of many) ways to grow ourselves, disconnect to better reconnect, empower intuition and simply enjoy a deep moment of joy.
I created Feel to offer people a safe environment where they could explore and express their own emotions. Sounds and colors are such a beautiful way of expanding ourselves and moving beyond our own boundaries!
We live in a world where it's harder and harder to set some time for ourselves without distraction and with a full attention. Feel offers you that moment for your mind to wander without goals, freely allowing you to just be.
